I've created it when you asked for putting the doxygen documentation
online. It's a modified version of the script that updates tha CVS
tarbal (bin/gtkg.cvs-image). Fortunately, SF has doxygen installed
because I wouldn't want to upload that from here and generating it
takes only a few seconds. I think it should be linked somewhere from
the website but I have no idea what's the best place for it.

That would be unfortunate but maybe SF is willing to update the
doxygen installation. SF has doxygen 1.3.6 installed which is
a few months behind the current version. Someone needs to submit
a support request for this.
