Hi,

I don't know if this is a bug or not because I don't think gtk-gnutella is
used to be run like this.

My setup uses IPv6 only. The machines don't have a IPv4 internet connection.
After exactly 1 hour without successful bootstraping gtk-gnutella crashes
with this error:
11-08-07 22:16:38 (FATAL): Assertion failure in src/core/ghc.c:407: "NULL ==
ghc_ctx.ha".

After commenting that line and building again gtk-gnutella runs stable. But
I don't know the effect running it with that line commented if bootstraping
is possible.

I know that gtk-gnutella is not used to act in such an environment but there
could be the possibility that someone runs it as seedbox for example and
doesn't look at it for weeks. What would happen if the internet connection
goes down for a while? Is gtk-gnutella then bootstraping again and crashes
after 1 hour?

Used version:
gtk-gnutella/0.97-19337 (2011-07-18; GTK2; Linux i686)
One build without options and one build with --topless. Same behavior on
both.

BTW: You've done a good job on gtk-gnutella. Keep it up and many thanks for
that great piece of software.

Regards
