Check out http://gtkmm.sourceforge.net. They've got a nice set of C++
wrappers for the GTK environment. There are links to language bindings
of all types at http://www.gtk.org.
gtkmm is currently set up for GTK 1.2, so if you're wanting to be on the
bleeding edge, you won't have much luck with it.
