Hello. You can create GdkPixbuf from your data and then paint that in expose event onto GtkDrawingArea. You may have some troubles with timing the output, but besides that, displaying should be trivial.
BTW, gdk_pixbuf_new_from_data() is the function that takes RGB data as image source.
