I'm guessing this is both Strawberry Perl + GTK+3 (C libs) + Gtk3 (Perl libs), not just GTK+3 and Gtk3 that you drop on top of an existing Strawberry Perl install?
In other words, this would replace an existing Strawberry Perl install?
