No, this NuGet repo https://github.com/cra0zy/gtk-sharp3-nuget has
https://github.com/openmedicus/gtk-sharp as external dependency.
As I see from decompiled code it was built for windows.
After looking at NuGet repo I'm a bit confused, it has *.so files, but
PInvoke declarations reference *.dll, mb it will work on linux, I'm not
really sure now about my previous statement.
Otherwise it makes no sense to develop with that NuGet-Package, if a
Linux-Distro can't use that.
As for original question, if I understand it correctly this NuGet has glue
files and it will be enough for gtk# to work, you will need just gtk3.
