Alvin, Do you know about the monodevelop.dock dll? see http://www.nabble.com/MonoDevelop.Dock-tp20206071p20229160.html for details of use. I use this and it works really well giving my windows a profession look. Do not know if its any use to you with regard to licensing etc I am using it for a hobby project.
