Bom dia! Depois de muito tempo pesquisando, consegui uma forma de realizar essa façanha. Usando o Msys junto com o MingW compilo qualquer programa feito em GTKmm. Para instalar as libs utilizo o Inno Setup Studio , listando as dlls afetadas e gerando um instalador.
