The Creative Nomad Jukebox stores up to 6 gigs of data and has
an 8 MB buffer. Thats about 5 mins of shock protection.
By the way, who rides a GTS for any length of time over washboard
ditrt? They shouldn't be listening to music under those conditions
in the first place.
Keeping a standard CD player in a tank bag using a rainsuit or
sweater for cushioning should keep even the non buffered CD
players from skipping except when encountering a serious bump.
Or wear the damn thing on your person. Most come with carrying
cases that have belt loops.
