Of the 5 hoses that lead to the swingarm area , the most likely is the fuel
tank breather hose .
It could explain the brass disk because , the hose has a one way valve
connected half way down the hose .
The body of which is clamped/fixed to the side of the tank ( right hand
side ) .
It sounds like the valve has broken off and what you are seeing is the
bottom of the valve .
