I believe I replaced my back pads with EBC brand organic pads. Non-metal
sintered. They wear slightly faster but no brake dust and NO wear on the
rotor. Other than road dust, can't avoid that. If I haven't ridden for a
few weeks or so, they make a funny kind of noise, like wet rubber or
something the first time I apply the brakes. But after that, no noise.
In fact, very quiet.

I plan to use the same kind on the front when they wear out. Oh, they
seem to work fine in wet weather also.
