Well not specifically.  If the seat belt had not broken, his chin MAY not
have contacted the steering wheel.

The other side is, that if he was wearing a full face helmet and his chin
contacted the steering wheel, the full face helmet MAY have helped to save
his life.

Don't get me wrong here, I AM all for wearing helmets all the time.  Mandated
or not.

Now if only Dale Jr. would wear one........
