OK Kelly I give. I got the phone book and I can view it, however. I can't
print it all out. I don't have any MS office software. It will only print
Last name to city, all other fields don't print. Been trying a bunch of page
a print set ups but they don't work. I have it in a MS word.doc file which
could be the real problem. If I had a real XLS program it might work. I
hope somebody out there knows a way around this problem.

ps. don't get me wrong I think you have done a good job. Just my computer is
