To explain why......
When adjusting throttle cables, the last test you want to do is swing the
handle bars from lock to lock with the engine running to make sure the idle
speed does not increase. IF you get any increase in idle RPM, you need to add
more freeplay to the cable until you can move the handle bars lock to lock
without any idle speed fluctuation.
