I am forwarding this to the group for what will become self-evident
reasons. As for Mike C., I hope this doesn't change anything as far as
your dealings with the vendor. He didn't ask to NOT send it out, so, I
hope this doesn't stir anything up. Rather, I am hoping that someone
might be able to help him/you with the problem.
