Hi all,

Greetings from the great white north, uh...rugged rockies?

After a few snafu's and other things, sigh...., the gts site is back up.
I haven't updated anything on it while it was down, it seemed kinda
pointless. However, now that it is up, courtesy of a good friend who is
hosting it at his home, (T-1, quit drooling you techno types...), I
expect to add to its content and design. Fred G. has quite politely and
gracefully offered to add to the FAQ section and I am going to take him
up on that offer.

That begs a different question that I would like to present to the
listers and unwitting contributors of information. I would like to, with
the contributor's consent, give credit to the source. The dilemma I am
grappling with is....do you want your names on the site? And/or contacts
for further questions or references?

Personally, I am kinda shy of giving out to much information via the
web, but it's mostly to avoid all the crap (spam) that comes because of
it. I know RangerJay likes to keep a low profile for professional
reasons and there may be others in the same boat for other reasons.

So...since it would take forever and a lot of bandwidth to for yes or no
votes, how about 'no' votes only? Or limited exposure with guidelines?

I won't start anything until this is resolved so don't panic! I want to
give credit where credit is due, but I also want to respect everyone's
privacy at the same time. (If you don't want to your name/etc. out
there, I am thinking of presenting submissions with 'anon. contributors'
as the 'byline'.) Comments?

Thanks all,

Brandon
