I think I have tried all the best know front tires on an FJ1200 and now the
GTS. Without question the Avon Azaro 35 has performed for me the best all
around. High mileage, 12,000 to 15,000 miles without cupping and even wear
as well as handling and grip . It combined with the ME880 rear will allow a
single set to take you a solid 13 to 14 thousand miles. I have never had
any problems in handling with the combination and the back end sticks well.
Probably not as well as the first 2,000 miles on a soft rubber stick like
glue street tire, but after 2,000 miles of wear, it is equal or better,
since it holds it shape well and doesn't easily wear flat. You're not
riding on an edge when taking a corner because of the large flat spot from
the soft rubber. JMO
Anyone interested in a brand new still with the mold tits MEz4 120/60. I
think it is the same as the Dragon. One was enough for me. Make me an
offer.
