Mine jumped out of gear when changing between 2nd & 3rd , it went into 3rd
but decided to go back 2nd all on it's own.
it put a split in the 2nd gear cog and took a chip out of it ,
so it only cost me the two gear clusters , which i managed
to pick up for Nowt ( no cost ).
The clusters come out of a FZR 1000exup.
It happened when the rev limiter cut in just as i changed gear. I was over
taking a line of cars and the engine sounded great screaming away , i was
paying more attention to the road ahead than the rev's , Whoops Crunch ,
Live & Learn.
Don't see the need for a 6th gear , as it's given me no trouble since it's
been changed some 4 years ago and the bike goe's fast enough any way.
If you want a 6th gear just put a 44tooth sprocket on the rear .
