The oil should be filled with the bike on the center stand, and the level in
the window should be very close to the top.

I have found that when the level drops to the bottom third, the oil level
light can come on during sustained high speed riding, say 80 mph+. Just let
off the gas and coast for about 5 secs, and the light goes out.

1. Lots of our guys ride more than 500 mi. at a pop.
2. the light is oil level, not pressure. Freaked me
out the first time I had it go on. Top it up and you
should be OK.
3. ABS blinkity blink probably means the HU is
failing/failed. Lots of info on that in the archives.
4. Strongly recommend the corbin. Haven't used the
backrest. If you are shorter than average, you may
want a custom foam cut from corbin, as the standard
puts be low back support too far back for us shorties.

Where's you find a GTS with only 500mi?
