First, you'll need about three (3) CO2 cartidges to fill a FRONT
tire.  Probably 4 for the rear.  The first two just get the
volume of air up there, then the third starts adding pressure.

Second, I carry three different kinds of plugs.  And extra glue.
Believe me, when you're out in the middle of nowhere, and a tire
gets punctured, you'll be REALLY angry when you can't get the hole
sealed with the kit you brought.

Third, Practice.  Just before you remove a wheel to have a tire
changed, puncture it, and fix it.  Just to know what it's like to
plug a tire.
