Italjet Scooter

I saw an Italjet scooter on the street today.

Get this:

1. Front Swing arm
2. centrally mounted front disc brake!!
3. ABS??? I don't know.

The thing sounded like a 2 stroker to me, yet it was licensed.  I thought 2
strokers for street use had been revoked in the good ole US of A!
