Bob, thanks for the offer but I did cut the new threads already. You know,
originally I also wanted to go with 6mm drilled out bolts but I thought
better to do it right :-) Yesterday I rethreaded the first broken brass
adapter, today another broke, so much for the F$%$&^*& $60 parts.

And now that my nagging is out of the way, I want you all to know that my
throttle bodies are adjusted so here goes the incremental testing again.
First I will test as is and if the bike still surges I will re-adjust the
TPS. If that doesn't fix it I will put back the turn pots to their factory
position and try again. I have no CO measuring device as of yet so that
adjustment will have to happen last but I promise to provide unbiased
results.

In closing, no matter how huffy we tend to get on this list I want to thank
all of you for pitching in not only to help but to also unequivocally
express your point of views and that's what makes them real if not always
correct. So Nick, never-ever apologize for you technical comments, I for one
appreciate your opinions, it gives me something to think about so please
keep them coming!! Thanks to you, RSR and a few competent others the rest of
us can only learn and possibly venture to implement our own GTS fixes.
