For the uninitiated, the U.S. uses NTSC; everyone else in the world uses PAL.
(no, _we're_ not arrogant.)
Anyway, you will need to get this to someone outside the us and a few other strange
countries to get it handled.
I believe we have some high end equipment at Adobe that can do the conversion
no problem; Premiere supports NTSC, PAL, and of course DV.
