I've bought my condo in November and spent the following half a year toiling on remodeling projects. A home will suck time, money and energy out of you (just like a bike) with not much left for the bike. I have only started to recover recently with VFR running again. My GTS is a victim of the Silly Valley real estate prices though :-[ Just a word of advise from recovering homeowner. Join homeowners anonymous ;-) Anton Still regretting selling the GTS.
