If you're careful, a simple matte knife will do the job nicely.  Of course a
Dremel is a fabulous tool, so any excuse you can find to buy one...

I'll look for the GIVI instructions and see if my girlfriend can scan them
at work.

I followed her to NYC after she got a swanky new job here.  I work in the
theater biz, so New York is not a bad place for me either.  We chose
Brooklyn to avoid the extreme housing prices is Manhattan.
