You know.....I had originally typed RTFM, but since John only supplied "Instructions" not a full blown "Manual".....I improvised. :^) Kevin Hawkins // Greensboro, NC [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.freecfm.com/r/raddboy Y2K Kawasaki ZRX1100 //'93 Yamaha GTS1000 //'85 FZ750 Kevin, the acronym is RTFM, not RTFI !!! Being a computer guy, you should know this !!! John and I had opening discussed it on the list and he's since made "official" changes in his installation instructions. RTFI :^) Enjoy your trip Mike! Kevin Hawkins // Greensboro, NC [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.freecfm.com/r/raddboy Y2K Kawasaki ZRX1100 //'93 Yamaha GTS1000 //'85 FZ750 Mike, We are all the same? I don't think any of us read the directions before installing anything....:>) Quote......from directions......INITIAL OPERATION: To speed up first time priming operation 1) Remove the suction line from the pump. Squeeze the plastic bottle with a finger on vent hole to force oil into the suction line up to the pump. It will prime much faster the first time with a little oil in the pump and air out of the suction line. Have a great ride and don't get caught in any forest fires. The oiler doesn't work for shit when it's on fire and it voids the warranty. hawke
