Yeah, crashing isn't too much fun.
I've repaired scratches on my frame:
-Use bondo or other filler.
-sand with a semi-rough grit paper
-spray frame with color-rite matched grey (which didn't
match mine; maybe because my paint was faded). If it doesn't
match, you'll be spraying the whole frame; looks good when
you're done though.
Panels: the usual. Since you've painted yours, you can probably
repair them and repaint.
