Yep.

Easy. He would have charged me with operating a flashing headlight on my
vehicle...which is exactly what I would have expected him to do, and exactly
what he said he would do. I can't give you the exact reference numbers in
the MD Transportation Articles, but they're there...I'm pretty familiar with
them.
