We're not quite finished. I sent a letter out today to the superintendent
of the Maryland State Police asking both for myself and all police traffic
units why the change hadn't been disseminated to the officers on patrol or
why it hadn't been incorporated into the latest version of MD's
transportation articles, and asking that both items be done at his earliest
possible convenience. A copy also went to Anne Ferro, Administrator of MVA.
I'm guessing that something will be done quickly after that.
