Interesting detail on your ECU about rivets and bending tabs: Mine has machine screws and no tabs, so it is fairly easy to open up. When you first turn on the ignition listen near the fuel tank , as you turn the switch , do you hear the fuel pump spin . Check the red/blue wire that goes to the fuel pump located on the left hand side of the fuel tank , are you getting 12 volts when the ignition is on . Does it try to fire at all . Do all four spark plugs have a spark . How well did you wash the bike , bucket , hose , jet washer . After starting attempts , remove a spark plug , is it wet with fuel or dry . Does the EFI light flash on and off ( on the dash / clocks ) when pushing the start button . Supply answers to above questions before doing , the below . If you gave your bike a really good wash , it may be possible that you've got water in the EFI box on top of the battery ( although unlikely because it's well covered ) try a hair dryer to dry it out , but you would need to remove the four rivets first and then bend the tabs back before you can open the box . atb Nick T --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
