MRA screen. First of all let me say a big THANKS to Kevin for getting this
order together and sent out to all of us. I finally received mine about 2
weeks ago along with a neat little rubber GTS keychain. Aside from having
to pay duty on the shipment, I have nothing to complain about.
I liked the looks of the MRA screen in Kevin's pics, and I like it even more
on my bike. It gives the bike a different personality. I've never fitted
an aftermarket screen onto any of my bikes before so I have nothing to
compare it to other than the OEM one. I found that the MRA screen only
needed a little sanding around the bottom edge to get it to fit properly
into the recess of the front fairing. When I first rode my bike it felt
like the GTS was 40 lbs lighter and much more sporty, although all this rush
was probably caused by the wind directly in the helmet. I don't care, it
feels good around the city and on short highway jaunts. It's kinda nice to
have "clean air" hitting you rather than the turbulent air from the OEM
screen.
