I've noticed the same. I just replaced the front and the back again with
Pirelli's. I needed a rear. The front was so so. I did them both and
they
had equal miles. My riding is mostly mountain areas that are in the
immediate area. I don't use the bike for extended trips. The traction and
performance of tires in these conditions are more important than the miles.
I
might have gotten a little more mileage. I looked for the old paper work
to
verify the miles but have not found it.
I do the twisties but I have yet made it drag the pegs or anything that
fast.
The bike is just for the fun. I leave the cruising and traveling to the
other bikes. However I'm looking for a way to get off work and hoping for
good weather to ride up to the Flying Circus on Oct 7 in Bealeton Va. It's
only 150 + miles or so cross country.
