I agree with you Louis, that if we break it down far enough, every one would win. However, I don't want to do that either. Here's how I think about it: I would say that any bike that has a shaft drive is more likely to be in the touring/sport tourer class and anything with a chain is in the sport/sport tourer class. So any Beemer, Wing, Concours, ST1x00, and whatever else I'm leaving out that is a shaft driven and is not a cruiser or standard, could be classified as a tourer/sport tourer. Whereas any one of a bazillion others from a pocket full of manufacturers that are not cruisers/standards and have chain drive could be counted as sport/sport tourers. That would make the GTS a sport/sport tourer--which is certainly how I view it.
