Thor, Welcome to the list! I have the same taste in color, mine is the color changing Dupont Chromallusion (used to be Kameleon) Black Blazberry--perhaps a cheaper way to achieve the effect you seek. Mine goes from a Tealish blue to eggplant violet to bronze depending on the angle of the light. I replaced my stickers but not with stock, I had them made by a place called Tapeworks Graphics. On my dark color I chose a chrome and replaced just the Yamaha's and the 2 GTS's. Some pic's are posted on the GTS club page (Yahoo Clubs) under Rob Chapman's album, I think. (Before I got the stickers and pictures don't really do it justice...) The color took about 2 pints @ $260 a pint. ABS stuff: The hydraulic unit is replaced by Yamaha USA one time only--parts and labor included. Anything different from your dealer and he's probably trying to pocket the labor costs. Once replaced, replace the fluid twice as often as recommended and try to replace the lines with teflon/braided SS ASAP.
http://www.tapeworks.com They should have the "GTS" already on file... Good Luck! FL Kev --- Thor Metzinger <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Thanks for all the advice everyone.
