Thor, I must have just missed you at the tire shop. When I hauled my wheels in they just looked at me incredulously and said " I don't believe it! We've never had a GTS in here before and this is the second one today!" Yes, I'd have to highly recommend them too. The Z3s were $223 plus tax and mounting was $30 off bike. And as you said they can balance them properly too.
It's amazing the difference in steering a new set of tires can make. With the worn tires I was really noticing that I was having to really push hard on the bars to initiate turns. Now it's so light and neutral again it took me a while to get used to it. They did it all in just under 45min.
