Subject: More how to get the video file !!!

OK guys...I was gone a few days and did not get your complaints, until
now. I guess I made a mistake and just assumed that since so many of
the GTS listers were computer guys or engineer types, that EVERYONE was
super-comfortable with computers, that everyone knew about FTP.

FTP is File Transfer Proctocol, and is one of the programs/standards that
are used to move files around on a TCP/IP network, and the Internet happens
to be a gigantic TCP/IP network. Most PC web browsers will do a psuedo-Gui
rendition of FTP, allowing you to save the file to your local PC.

I am not sure that anybody actually was able to get the file off of the
Oracle site, if somebody was successfull at it, please let me know. I used
that site because it was free, available on short notice, and they have a
VERY high speed connection to the 'net. (At least T-3, maybe OC-12 which is
about 655 mb/sec.)

For those of you who tried to email the file and did not get it, many ISP's
now do not allow large files to be emailed, because they use up a lot of
resources like disk space and bandwidth.

TO Henry: Dude, your showing your age !! (ok, I am 39). I thought the
video was quite cool, and I really like that song by Lincoln Park (which
is sort of a rock/techno track). The version Kevin sent me has a
SpeedVision logo, but they might have gotten it from somebody else.

So my appologies to anybody that wasted a lot of time trying to get the
video.
