At least in my state (NC), you can't be found guilty of a criminal offense on a motor vehicle unless you can be found to be the driver... the law reads "did OPERATE a motor vehicle unlawfully..." I think they've found a way around this for things like red light cameras because it's not considered a criminal act... it's a civil matter. Just my (angry) .02. Stephen '93 GTS1000A, '01 GL1800A
