Just a quick report...been going to this show for about 4 years. Just something to do with the Guys I guess. This show has become "the show" for this part of the world. Parking this year was 1/2 mile away (couldn't get any closer!) floor was so packed I'm sure vendors were getting pissed because you simply couldn't get to a booth. Saw all the new bikes. Some were very impressive (Buel Fireblade...very much like my SV feel but with I'm sure a ripsnorting ride) Saw the new Harley....by no means as impressive in person. Which really surprised me.
R1 in silver looks very nice. Warrior was also a hit. Duc's in flat black are just plain ugly! And Jay's MH Duc is sooooo much more impressive in person. A friggin work of art I wouldn't think of taking on the road...cause it's too damn gorgeous. Left the show at about 5 (4.5 hours to walk it) cars lines up the road 4 blocks away...not a small quick show anymore! By your ticket in advance, and don't take US$ to the show...$12 CDN to get in $10US...talk about loansharking! Picked up a few more magazines to add to my GTS collection including their full line-up for 93. Gerbing clothing looks very nice....mike coan I'm interested in a group purchase if we can put something together...your heatroller was displayed very nicely too! All for now Shawn P
