You must have a Taurus SHO ? I had one of those a while back, pretty nice car, good value for a performance sedan.

[One on each header downpipe] I resently replaced both with new Boche sensors and saw a 15% increase in fuel mileage along with supposably cleaner emissions. No official testing has been done but the old fashion naked eye swears the tailpipe is cleaner down to the metal. Just clean metal tailpipe with no black residue at all. It's my understanding that when 02 sensors age and become ineffective, they cause the engine to run rich as in cold startup mode. My question is, my GTS is a 93 with 50,000 on it, should I replace the 02 sensor as preventive maintanence? And if so can it be replaced with a Boche or another after market source 02 sensor? The new Boche 02 sensors for the car were $39.99. Thanks. -Pete __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Send FREE Valentine eCards with Yahoo!
