Hi you all,
IMHO
It would fit YZF 750 & FZR 1000 down pipes + collector.
Exup valve should be fixed and blockaded.
O2 sensor should be substituted by a manually adjustable resistor.
For the O2 sensor:
1) Measure the values the O2S. is sending to ECU under different RPM.
2) Substituted it by M.A. resistor of more or less the same range of values.
3) Adjust manually the resistor. May use a gas analyzer to help it.
The resistor will send a constant value to ECU instead of the less
contaminant value under each RPM value.
Is your clutch in good condition? ;))

Good luck.
Regards.
Pablo.

Asunto: catalytic converter rip off

HI There
I am sure some off you out there have had the same probs as me, my
catalytic converter has rotted out. A new one is 700 pounds (forget it).

So i am thinking of making / modifiying one. Has any one out there found

a collecter box from another bike that is a close fit ? I dont mind
doing a little sawing / welding to adapt it. i guess the most important
part is the fitting off the 4 down pipes into the collector box. (ie the

spacing and diameter). I am hopeing i can just re weld the nut from the
old cat into the new collector box and insert the o2 senser in there ?

Many Thanks
Neil Ewins
