Rick, mine was done under the Y.E.S. plan that was still in effect on my bike at the time. All done at no cost to me. I had to take the bike back once because they didn't get all the air our of the front caliper because they didn't rotate it to make the bleeder the highest point. All done at Yamaha's expense. That said I don't think you should have to pay anything if Yamaha has agreed to replace it under warranty whether that's the bike warranty, Y.E.S., or just via the Yamaha Customer Service (Cavanaugh or whatever his name is). I'd call Yamaha Customer Service and stop payment...my .02 Bob B.
