Just one caveat on this issue:  if your shop has to remove any significant
amount of aftermarket gear to access the pump, then you should rightly
expect to pay for the extra labor.  I have a full GIVI rack on my bike, and
this is not a easy or quick item to remove.  I removed the rack prior to the
pump swap being done to avoid extra costs.
