Jon, I think the only parasitic drain on the GTS is the clock and this would not be enough to do what you have happening that quickly. I would pull the put a MA meter on the battery post battery cable when the bike is off, and check it. If it is high start pulling fuses (starting with the clock fuse) and find when the BIG parasitic load stops on the ampmeter. Then see what's on those circuits and start pulling wiring harness connectors off/on and find out what device is draining power.
Perhaps first check if the battery is defective. A combo of fully charged voltage and specific gravity should tell a tale. Open circuit voltage of 12.6 and sg of 1.265 .....Ug...disregard this it's a gel cell so I don't know. but don't discount the fact that the battery may be no good.
