First of all, you are wrong, desert scenery is the best.  Why do you
think all those car and motorcycle ads feature Utah scenery like Arches,
Red Canyon, Monument Valley?  Forests can be really special, I love the
drive from Kanab, Utah to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, going up
into the forest on the Kaibab Plateau is spectacular.

Here I is.  I am always up for a ride, as long as I have someone to care
for my parrots.  My nephew can do it if he is around, but I think he
will be going back to Georgia soon.  But definitely ask me, and I will
do what I can.
