What I was going to say to the rest of the list, and particularly as a response to Brandon: it is HIGHLY likely that Duane will be able to tell us nothing about the settlement other than perhaps it was or wasn't successful. My guess is that no matter the end result, it'll have some kind of gag order on it if it is successful in Duane's case. However I'm not a lawyer and I don't play one on TV! Regards, Henry S.
