Define 'old'. Heh. In the 'I.T.' world, old can be as little as 24
hours, so yes, it is old news.
(Sources say it was 'recognized' in mid-April, but came on strong in May
'02)
On the hand, if you are referring to a virus that replicates, sends
itselft through the addy book,
yep, that's old too. I guess what I was really trying to do here is to
alert someone that has at one
point of time or another, saved the address to gts1000.org in their
address book, and as a result of
'catching' the virus, is now sending it on. And that they may, or may
NOT, be aware of that. And that
they may wish to investigate their PC to see if they do have it.

I don't use virus software. Never have. And I've never had a virus,
ever. (Knocks on wood feverishly)
I use Winblows OS, but I use alternate 3rd party software, and most of
it old and not a lot of 'bells and
whistles', mind you, but as a result, and not opening ANYTHING that I
don't know what it is, I've been'
safe. But....not everyone does that or knows about those things. So, I
was just offering up some friendly
"awareness information" to help those who might not know, or be aware.
That's all. That ok, Henry? Huh?

(Just kidding, Henry, just kidding!!! I love ya' man!!!)
