Well, my head feels fine, and I don't have a runny nose, and no aches or.....oh...Oh..OH!! :^) Without going into a long diatribe, the virus comes thru email. It exploits a weakness in Outlook Express and/or Office Outlook. Or, it can be 'executed' by clicking on it. (It shows as an attachment too.) Since I do not use Outlook Express or Office Outlook for my email reader, and I never click on attachments that show up with an 'executable', (*.pif, *.com, *.scr, *.bat, *.vbx, *.exe and probably a few more that I can't remember right off the top of my head!), the virus has no way to, uh..start. Run. Yeah, that's it. It can't run without some help. Now if you need a good laugh, I'm using Netscape Gold 3.01 mail client. Yeah, laugh it up. BUT, because it's so 'bare-bone' in design and operation, all the above can never happen. Oh. And I can check to see if there are any of it's 'litter' living on my hard-drive. Some of the files it creates are identifiable. Next question for the 'doctor'? Brandon (I'm not a computer expert, but I play one on the internet.) :^)
