Thor, Soo glad you and your GTS are OK! Your accute attendiveness along with your GTS's ABS saved you. Just goes to show , you have to ride like you're invisible and never take a mental nap. Two Sundays in a row, I was riding in the left lane of three lanes on the interstate and in both cases drivers pulled in front of me without even checking to see if any one was in the lane before making the change. No turn signal to at least warn me. Just yank the !#*/? wheel and dart over. I was riding defensively, otherwise, at 75-80 mph it could have been fatal. Can't trust the dumb bastards! -Pete Thor Metzinger <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Well, you know that one day....its going to happen. > That someone who has > never read the driver's manual is going to do > something, somewhere, to > nearly kill you, or at least bend you a little. > > I was downtown, less than 2 blocks from my work, > riding along in the left > lane, when a car decided to turn left infront of me > (rider's worst > nightmare).
