According to Lufthansa's cargo scale, my '94 GTS with Krauser bags and about
1 1/2 gallon of gas weighed 308kg (679lb). However, the bags were packed (very
full) with:
2 full face helmets
1 Aerostitch 2 piece suit (w. hard armor
hip pads & back protector)
1 Motowear suit
2 prs gloves
disc lock
2 intercom cords
2 prs of full-height riding boots
2 prs socks
The bike also has a Corbin seat, which is quite a bit heavier than stock.
The carrying capacity is great, but I wish it was about 50kg lighter.
