YOU BET. Something like 70% of all accidents involving a motorcycle and another vehicle are caused by the other vehicle (mostly cars) turning LEFT in front of the MC and violating it's right of way. For some reason approaching drivers have these problems with motorcycles some of which are: they cannot judge its speed or they claim they didn't see the bike until it was too late. If my modulator prevents one f*cking idiot from turning violating my right of way, then ABSOLUTELY. In fact, I'd bet that had Thor been running a modulator the little incident he almost had wouldn't have happened because the oncoming driver would have SEEN him, and not tried that left turn until he passed by.
